How do I choose a real estate attorney?
Most buyers or sellers choose their attorney based on a recommendation from a real estate agent. The attorney should really have a lot of experience handling real estate transactions, and obviously you’d rather have an attorney who’s handled thousands of transactions over many years than someone who is a litigation attorney who is just doing that as a favor to you. The real estate agent is probably your best person for a recommendation.
